WAB2C is a service of Alams Innovate Private Limited. We provide a software platform and onboarding help that connects with WhatsApp Business solutions through our approved BSP partners. We are a facilitator of messaging services only. We are not WhatsApp, we are not Meta, and we do not control their networks, policies, or approvals.
a, WAB2C is offered by Alams Innovate Private Limited.
b, We work with approved Business Solution Providers, BSP, to enable WhatsApp Business services.
c, For customer data sent through our platform, you are the data controller and we act as a processor or service provider on your instructions.
d, WhatsApp and Meta act under their own terms. Approvals, template decisions, throughput, delivery, bans, and green tick outcomes are controlled by WhatsApp and Meta. We do not guarantee any such outcomes.

META and BSP partners, as required for WhatsApp Business functionality and compliance

Legal authorities, when required by law or to protect rights and safety
Business transfers, in case of merger, acquisition, or asset sale
a, You collect valid consent from end users and respect opt out.
b, You are responsible for message content, media, catalogs, offers, claims, and any results.
c, You use approved templates and follow WhatsApp, Meta, telecom, and local laws in Pakistan and in any other country you target.
d, You confirm that your products and services are lawful and you will not use the platform for spam, scams, or harmful content.
e, You keep credentials secure and manage user access in your team.

We keep data only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. Message event data is typically retained for up to 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, billing, or dispute resolution.

10, Third party platforms and links
When you use WhatsApp Business or any third party tool, their terms and privacy rules apply. We are not responsible for their actions, decisions, outages, or policies.
a, Facilitation only, WAB2C and Alams Innovate provide a software platform and facilitation with BSP partners. We do not promise delivery rates, approval outcomes, green tick status, uptime of third parties, or any sales or marketing results.
b, No liability for content, you are solely responsible for the content you send and any claims that arise from it, including advertising claims, privacy violations, and consumer protection matters.
c, Service availability, the service depends on networks, BSPs, Meta, telecoms, hosting, and the internet. We are not liable for delays, failures, or changes by these parties.
d, Compliance, you are responsible for compliance with WhatsApp policy, Meta policy, PTA and telecom rules, data protection and spam laws, and any sector rules.
e, Indemnity, you agree to defend and indemnify WAB2C, Alams Innovate, and our BSP partners against any claim, loss, fine, penalty, or cost that arises from your use of the service, your content, your violation of law or policy, or your misuse of data.
f, Limitation of liability, to the maximum extent allowed by law, the total liability of WAB2C, Alams Innovate, and our partners for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim. We exclude indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, loss of business, or reputational harm.
g, No warranty, the service is provided as is and as available. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
h, Force majeure, we are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including outages, cyber incidents, regulatory actions, strikes, natural events, or changes in third party policies.
Our platform is for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or law. We will post the new version with the new effective date. For material changes we may notify you by email or through the dashboard.
